A Quick Introduction
I’m Aaron Israël, 28, and when I’m not coding, I enjoy staying active through running and bouldering. I’m also a big football fan and love catching a game whenever I can. I’ve been with Delta for almost a year now, and it’s been an incredible journey of learning and growth.
Developing Delta Desktop
Over the past year, I’ve focused on creating features for Delta Desktop and our new web app. I recently had the chance to work on the Home Feed feature for our mobile application, which was challenging but highly rewarding.
One of the aspects I’m most excited about is seeing the impact of our work on Delta Desktop. There’s something special about viewing a comprehensive overview of investments on a large screen, enhancing the user experience and helping investors stay in control.
The Road Ahead for Delta Desktop
Looking forward, I’m thrilled to continue building Delta Desktop with invaluable community feedback from platforms like ask.delta.app. Working closely with our Beta Squad allows us to create features that truly resonate with users and elevate the Delta experience. In 2024, I hope to integrate more user-driven suggestions to make Delta Desktop the ultimate tool for investors.

Building Delta Desktop: Challenges and Rewards
A key challenge with Delta Desktop was upgrading the older framework to improve performance and ensure compatibility across screen resolutions. Through responsive design principles and extensive testing, we achieved a robust and visually engaging product. Collaborating with the product team and Beta Squad was invaluable, allowing us to resolve issues swiftly and refine the user experience.
Seeing the final product on a big screen, knowing it empowers users, is incredibly rewarding. The direct impact we have on users’ experiences is one of the best parts of the job. Below are some key features to explore!
Key Features to Explore:
- Optimized for Dual Use: With Delta on Desktop, your investment overview remains coherent and integrated, bridging your mobile and desktop experiences.
