- are at least 18 years old; and
- are residents of Belgium.
2.2 The following persons are not eligible to win any prize:
- employees, officers, and contractors of Opus Labs NV, eToro Group Ltd, RSC Anderlecht and their respective subsidiaries; and
- members of the same household and immediate family (spouse, partner, parents, children, siblings) of the persons listed above.
2.3 By entering the Competition, participants self-declare that they meet all eligibility criteria. Delta may request appropriate documentation (such as proof of age or residence) before awarding any prize.
2.4 Delta reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to disqualify any participant who does not comply with these Official Rules.
3. Competition period
3.1 The Competition starts on 25 November 2025 at 00:00 (midnight) CET and ends on 21 December 2025 at 23:59 CET (the “Competition Period”).
3.2 Only activity and data relating to the Competition during the Competition Period will be considered for the purposes of scoring, leaderboard ranking and daily quiz prizes.
4. How to participate
4.1 Participation in the Competition is free of charge. No purchase is required.
4.2 To participate, eligible participants must, during the Competition Period:
- access the Competition application at rsca.delta.app (the “Application”);
- complete the registration form by providing the requested information (including at least name and email address); and
- confirm that they accept these Official Rules and have read the applicable Privacy Policy.
4.3 Each natural person may register only once for the Competition. Delta reserves the right to disqualify any participant who uses multiple accounts, identities or other methods to obtain more than one entry.
5. Portfolio / XI and locking
5.1 As part of registration, each participant must create a virtual portfolio consisting of eleven (11) investments (the “XI”) in accordance with the instructions provided in the Application.
5.2 Once a participant submits their XI, the XI is locked for the entire Competition Period. Participants cannot change or rebalance their XI after submission.
5.3 Each participant’s XI is linked to their Competition account and will be used to calculate the participant’s performance and points in accordance with Section 6.
6. Scoring and leaderboard
6.1 The performance of each participant’s XI during the Competition Period will be calculated using market data and calculations from the Delta application. The precise methodology for calculating portfolio performance (including treatment of price feeds, corporate actions, fees, etc.) is determined by Delta and may be updated to correct obvious errors.
6.2 Scoring: For the purposes of the Competition:
- a 1% gain in the value of a participant’s XI during the Competition Period equals 100 points (for example: a 1.2% gain equals 120 points).
6.3 A leaderboard will display the ranking of participants based on their points. The leaderboard will be updated at least daily, based on the latest available market data used in the Delta application.
6.4 The final leaderboard will be determined as of 21 December 2025 at 23:59 CET, using the latest available market data at that time.
6.5 The participants with the highest number of points on the final leaderboard will be ranked in descending order. In case of a tie in points between two or more participants:
- the participant who registered earlier for the Competition will be ranked higher;
- if a tie remains due to identical registration timestamps, Delta may apply a reasonable additional tie-breaking criterion or select the higher rank at random among the tied participants.
7. Daily quiz
7.1 During the Competition Period, Delta may offer a daily quiz to participants. Participation in the daily quiz is optional and free of charge.
7.2 The daily quiz will consist of one or more questions related, for example, to investing, markets or football. The format and content of the quiz may vary from day to day.
7.3 Daily quiz rankings and winners will be determined on the basis of skill, for example:
- the number of correct answers, and
- in case of equal scores, the fastest completion time or earliest correct submission.
7.4 Where daily quiz prizes are awarded, details such as:
- the number and type of prizes;
- the dates on which quizzes occur; and
- the criteria for winning,
will be communicated on the Competition website and/or within the Application.
7.5 For any ranking or prize allocation in the daily quiz where there is a tie that cannot be resolved by score and completion time, earlier Competition registration time will be used as the tie-breaker.
7.6 Unless explicitly stated otherwise in Competition communications, daily quiz results do not affect the main XI leaderboard ranking described in Section 6.
